These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the automotive services provided by Leavitt's Auto Care. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services

Leavitt's Auto Care provides automotive repair and maintenance services in Las Vegas, Nevada. Specific work, parts, and pricing are described in the written estimate we provide before performing any repair. We perform work only after you authorize it.

Estimates and Authorization

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and the diagnosis performed. If additional work is discovered during a repair, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Final charges may differ from an initial estimate when additional parts or labor are required and approved.

Warranty

We warrant qualifying repairs for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, subject to the terms provided with your repair. The warranty covers the specific parts and labor we performed and does not cover unrelated components, normal wear, misuse, or work performed elsewhere. We honor most extended warranties on eligible repairs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the cost of the repair in question. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless financing has been arranged in advance. Financing is provided by third-party lenders subject to their terms and approval.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from services provided will be handled in the appropriate courts of Clark County, Nevada.
